The aim of the project is to mediate the Cistercian culinary cultural heritage of the audience, in forms that combine research with the innovative method of Citizen Science, with a high degree of audience participation and with the use of modern technologies and means of communication.
The project is implemented by a consortium of 3 partners – MAS Rozkvet (CZ), Paris Lodron University Salzburg (AT) and Landkreis Bamberg (DE), and as the project is implemented by a consortium of 3 partners, and associated partners operating within the network CISTERSCAPES, nominated for EHL.
A similar project has not yet been implemented to such an extent at the international level, the project objectives will be achieved through a set of activities (WP): WP1: Coordination and management, communication and dissemination; WP2: Research and Citizen Science, creating a shared online database; WP3: 3D visualization as a means of interpreting cultural heritage; WP4: Reinterpretation of Cultural Heritage and Citizen Scientists Adventure Events.
The main beneficiaries are the audience, the interactive forms of the project (Citizen Science, events, pilot verification of 3D visualizations in education, storytelling in the creation of a cookbook and document, symposium) will directly involve min. 485 people, the audience will be able to permanently use the online database of re-interpreted recipes and 3D visualizations, a documentary film and the thematic cookbook.
Impacts of the project: expanding cooperation between organizations active in the field of culture, increasing the dissemination of Europe's cultural heritage, experimenting and disseminating innovative practices. The culinary cultural heritage of the Cistercians will have a permanent place in the public consciousness, not only in Central Europe. Above all, audiences will gain easier access to Europe's cultural heritage through new media, digitization, technology, participation and opportunities to participate in Citizen Science.
